. If you are not feeling well, I ask that you please stay home for yourself and others. In this circumstance any money paid will be carried over.
. When you arrive, I ask that you wait at the floor markers until I ask you to go to your stations.
. Members will work individually, and workspaces will be a minimum of 2m apart at all times (me included). The distance can be increased if wanted. The first person to arrive will go to station 1, second person to station 2 etc.
. Equipment will be cleaned with antibacterial wipes beforehand, but it would still be a good idea to bring gloves as some equipment will be shared.
. Bring a mat if you would like to do floor exercises (there are standing alternatives).
. Facemasks are not compulsory during class, but feel free to wear one.
. Hand sanitiser will be made available during the class.
. Equipment will again be sanitised at the end of class.

How it works:
.You will be given a link which allows you access to Zoom classes
. FunFit online class will last for 30min
.Once we begin the class you will be muted which will allow you to continually view me on the screen
. Class will begin with 5 minutes of stretching
. There will then be a cycle of exercises each lasting 1 minute
. The class instructor will be focused on correcting technique and answering any queries you have regarding the exercise
. The class will end with 5 minutes of stretching
