PERSONAL TRAINING OPTION 1
Personal training can be booked for 1-1 sessions or small groups.
A free informal consultation will be held where we will discuss what it is you are aiming for, as well as how i can help you to achieve it.
If a working relationship is agreed upon, an exercise program as well as optional nutritional guidance will then be provided.
Personal training sessions can then be booked in packages of hourly sessions.
PERSONAL TRAINING OPTION 2
A free informal consultation will be held to discuss what you're aiming for, as well as how I can help you to achieve it.
If a working relationship is agreed upon, an exercise program and optional nutritional guidance will be provided.
We then have 1 - 2 personal training sessions in order to familiarize you with the program.
Optional exercise videos are included. We'll meet fortnightly, tri-weekly or monthly to amend the program based on your needs.
I'm available in between sessions via email or phone. Coaching can be booked in fortnightly, tri-weekly or monthly packages.
