FunFit online is a training platform which allows older adults to contribute to their weekly NHS physical activity targets. Each class will last for 30mins. Everything is at your own pace and there are variations for every exercise. Each session will focus on strength, fitness, balance, coordination, and flexibility. The exercises are simple and easy to learn, and there are variations to cater for most physical restrictions. It is suitable for all levels. All you need is a chair, weights (tins of beans will do) and a resistance band (towel or belt will do).
