How it Works

Personal Training (option 1)
Personal training can be booked for 1-1 sessions or small groups
A free informal consultation will be held where we will discuss what it is you are aiming for, as well as how we can help you to achieve it.
If a working relationship is agreed upon, an exercise programme as well as optional nutritional guidance will then be provided
Personal training sessions can then be booked in packages of hourly sessions
Exercise Coaching (option 2)
A free informal consultation will be held where we will discuss what it is you are aiming for, as well as how we can help you to achieve it.
If a working relationship is agreed upon, an exercise programme as well as optional nutritional guidance will then be provided.
I take the client through 1 or 2 sessions in order to familiarise them with programme
The option of a video recording will also be provided.
In 4 – 5 weeks we will then meet again to amend the programme based on your needs
I will be available in between check-ins via email or phone.
Exercise coaching can be booked in 3 different packages.
