Living In Fitness Subscription Policy

Welcome to LIF’s Subscription Policy!

This Subscription Policy forms part of, and is incorporated by reference into, our Terms of Use. Any capitalised terms used in this Subscription Policy have the meaning given to these terms in our Terms of Use.

This document sets out the conditions that apply to any Subscription you purchase from us through our Site.

Please be aware that, in most cases, any Subscription you purchase from us through our Site will renew automatically once the initial term of the Subscription has expired, unless and until you cancel that Subscription as outlined in these terms.

  1. Purchasing a Subscription

    1. We offer on our Site a number of rolling Subscriptions. This means that the relevant Subscription will renew automatically, and you will be charged the Subscription price, at regular intervals.

    2. If you purchase a Subscription from us, the price for the relevant Subscription will be charged to your selected payment method at the start of each renewal term. The relevant price and frequency of payment will be displayed during the check-out process.

  2. Automatic Renewal

    1. Any Subscription purchased on our Site will renew automatically until you choose to cancel it. This means that we will continue charging your selected payment method until you tell us that you wish to stop your Subscription.

    2. If we are unable to charge your selected payment method for any reason at any time, we may cancel your Subscription with immediate effect. We will let you know if that happens. You can update your payment method at any time by accessing your Account on the Site.

    3. In some cases, we may send you an email a few days before the start of each renewal term. This will give you an opportunity to cancel your Subscription before it renews automatically. Either way, you can always find out when your Subscription is due to renew automatically by accessing your Account on the Site.

  3. Changes to the Price of Your Subscription

    1. We may from time to time revise the price of some of our Subscriptions. If we decide to revise the price for one of your active Subscriptions, we will notify you via email and the revised price will not be applied until the following renewal term. 

    2. Remember that you are free to cancel your Subscription at any time, so you may choose to cancel your Subscription before the revised price takes effect.

  4. Cancelling Your Subscription

    1. Our Subscriptions come with no strings attached. This means that you are free to cancel any Subscription at any time!

    2. You can cancel a Subscription by either: (i) accessing your Account on the Site and using the relevant menu; or (ii) writing to us at carl@livinginfitness.co.uk.

    3. We can only guarantee that the cancellation of your Subscription will take effect before the next scheduled renewal term if you cancel it at least 24 hours in advance of the next scheduled renewal. If you cancel later than that, we may not be able to cancel your Subscription until the following renewal term.

    4. Due to the nature of our services, should you choose to cancel your Subscription, we will not provide a pro-rated refund or credit. You will continue to be able to use your Subscription until the end of the then-current renewal term. We will simply stop charging your selected payment method from the following scheduled renewal term.
